Antony Roberts - Co Founder & Chief AI Officer

With over 20 years’ experience leading cutting-edge technology and digital transformation at senior leadership level, Antony has led on strategy, people, data, and emerging technology across complex, regulated environments.

 

Antony leads Full Fathom Five’s work on AI strategy, AI technology assessment, AI audit, and commercial value realisation. He specialises in helping organisations move beyond experimentation to make informed decisions about where AI genuinely adds value, how it should be governed, and how risks can be identified and managed early. 

 

A recognised expert in EU AI Act compliance, Antony advises boards, executives, and risk leaders on proportionate, risk-based approaches to AI governance. This includes AI inventories, shadow AI discovery, policy development, and workforce training, ensuring organisations meet regulatory obligations while enabling innovation rather than constraining it.

Claire Roberts - Co Founder & Chief Transformation Officer

Alongside authoring the FFF AI Training programmes and working with boards to craft AI strategies, Claire is also a passionate speaker on diversity; women in tech and AI ethics, and works closely with government agencies, charities & organisations campaigning for safer AI, and raising awareness of the impacts of AI on women and underrepresented groups.

 

Claire is a member of the UKAI Women in AI taskforce; a board advisor for multiple organisations including the Safe AI for Children Alliance (SAIFCA); and part of the National Council of Women’s research team investigating internet harms.
